CSN often receives emails and phone calls asking about who attends, and
what age group they are. Most people who attend are age 50 to 80, but
all ages are welcome. While it is primarily a singles group, couples do
attend, including several married couples who met at the events and
continue to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and great music and
fellowship. All denominations are welcome – as well as non church goers. We are not affiliated with
any one church.
Roseville Veteran’s Hall his located at 110 Park Dr., Roseville, CA, in the Sacramento area. People regularly drive from San Jose, Reno, Stockton and Chico to attend
the events. We provide a dance lesson which helps new people meet everyone, as well as
mixers during the dances. The group is very genuine and down-to-earth,
and it is easy to get to know people. While we are not a dating group,
we have had 216 couples that we know of meet and get married, and many
long-lasting friendships have taken place over the over 32 years CSN
has been in Sacramento.
We serve food at 7:45 PM at each dance. It is basically dinner, so if you haven’t had a chance to eat before the dance don’t worry. We usually serve a deli sandwich, potato salad, dessert and non alcohol beverages – all included in a ticket price of o only $15.60 pre-sale or $20 at the door. A real bargain~ the price also includes the dance and dance lesson.
